Seeing the need within the industry for efficient and transparent mobile OCR testing and repair services performed at a reasonable price, Andrew (Andy) Lica established Recloser Services LLC.

Based in Inver Grove Heights Minnesota, Recloser Services began active operations in 2020. We are growing and currently have customers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Illinois.
